Section 15.003 - Signing Certificate By Voter(a) On receipt of a voter registration certificate issued under this title, the person to whom the certificate is issued must personally sign it in the appropriate space.(b) This section does not apply to a person who cannot sign the certificate because of a physical disability or illiteracy.
