Section 13.076 - Request for Hearing on Challenge(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), to be entitled to a hearing on a challenge, the applicant must file a written, signed request for a hearing with the registrar not later than the 10th day after the date of the challenge.(b) If a challenge is made in the applicant's presence, at that time the applicant may orally request a hearing.
