Section 212.003 - Submission of Recount Document(a) A recount document or a document amending a recount document is considered to be submitted at the time of its receipt by the recount coordinator.(b) On submission of a document, the recount coordinator shall enter on the document the date and hour of submission and the form and amount of the deposit accompanying the document.Tex.
