Section 130.190 - North Central Texas College District Service Area The service area of the North Central Texas College District includes the territory within:
(1) Cooke and Montague counties;(2) Denton County, except the territory within The Colony, the municipality of Frisco, and the Celina, Prosper, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch independent school districts; and(3) the part of the Graham Independent School District that is located in Young County.Tex.
