Section 88.709 - Complaints(a) The Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the laboratory. The laboratory shall maintain information about each complaint that includes: (1) the parties to the complaint;(2) the subject matter of the complaint;(3) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and(4) the disposition of the complaint.(b) The laboratory shall make information available describing the laboratory's procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.(c) The laboratory shall periodically notify the parties to a complaint of the status of the complaint until final disposition.Renumbered from Education Code, Subchapter I, Chapter 88 and amended by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 111, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/2007.
