Section 88.206 - Donations; Leases(a) The board may accept and receive donations of money and property when given to be used in connection with any experiment work authorized by this subchapter.(b) In the location of any experiment station, the board may take into consideration and receive any donation of money, land, or other property to be used in the operation, equipment, or management of the station; and for experiment work may lease any land that in its judgment may be necessary for any of the purposes named in this subchapter.
