Section 62.147 - [For Repeal, See Note] Ineligibility of Institutions Receiving Permanent University Fund Support and Maintenance

The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University are ineligible to receive money under this subchapter.

Repealed by Acts 2023, Texas Acts of the 88th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 1004,Sec. 20, eff. if the constitutional amendment proposed by the 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, relating to the Texas University Fund is approved by the voters.
