Section 51.337 - Reevaluation of College Readiness(a) A student may retake an assessment instrument designated by the board for use under this subchapter at any time to determine readiness to perform freshman-level academic coursework.(b) An institution of higher education shall determine when a student is ready to perform freshman-level academic coursework.
