Section 51.156 - Meetings of the Board; Quorum; Action By Board(a) The board shall hold a meeting at least once each quarter and may hold meetings at other times at the call of the chairman of the board or at the request of a majority of the other directors.(b) A majority of the membership of the board constitutes a quorum at a meeting of the board.(c) Action may be taken by the board by the affirmative vote of the majority of the directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present.
