Section 37.351 - Facilities Standards Compliance(a) A school district must ensure that each district facility complies with each school facilities standard, including performance standards and operational requirements, related to safety and security adopted under Section 7.061 or provided by other law or agency rule. (b) A school district must develop and maintain documentation of the district's implementation of and compliance with school safety and security facilities standards for each district facility, including a good cause exception claimed under Section 37.353, and shall, if requested by the agency, provide that documentation to the agency in the manner prescribed by the agency.
