Section 13.203 - Election(a) Each county judge receiving a valid petition shall:(1) issue an order for an election to be held on the same day in each county; and(2) give notice of the election.(b) The ballot in the election shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "Abolition of the ___________ Independent School District."Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. 5/30/1995.
