(a) The board shall hold four meetings a year in Austin, Texas, on dates determined by the chair and may hold other meetings as may be called by the chair.(b) In a manner that complies with Section 551.128, Government Code, the agency shall broadcast over the Internet live video and audio of each open meeting held by the board.
