Section 62.008 - General Immunity The following persons are immune from liability for good faith conduct under this chapter:
(1) an employee or officer of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, the Department of Public Safety, the Board of Pardons and Paroles, or a local law enforcement authority;(2) an employee or officer of a community supervision and corrections department or a juvenile probation department;(3) a member of the judiciary; and(4) a member of the risk assessment review committee established under Article 62.007.
