Section 45A.155 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Jury Waiver(a) A defendant may waive a trial by jury in writing.(b) If a defendant waives a trial by jury, the justice or judge shall hear and determine the case without a jury. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 45.025.)
