Section 2B.0001 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

(2) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas. (Occ. Code, Sec. 1701.651(2); New.)
