Section 13A.203 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Protective Order Offenses

An offense under Section 25.07 or 25.072, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1) the protective order was issued; or

(2) the offense was committed, without regard to the identity or location of the court that issued the protective order. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.38.)
