Section 172.205 - Draft Conciliation Settlement(a) At any time during the conciliation, the conciliator may prepare a draft conciliation settlement and send a copy to each party, stating the time within which each party must approve the settlement. The draft conciliation settlement may include the assessment and apportionment of costs between the parties.(b) A party is not required to accept a proposed conciliation settlement.Tex. Civ.
