Section 251.251 - Meetings(a) Regular meetings of members of a cooperative association shall be held at least once a year as prescribed by the cooperative association's bylaws.(b) A special meeting of the members of a cooperative association may be requested by a majority vote of the directors or by written petition of at least one-tenth of the membership of the cooperative association. The secretary shall call a special meeting to be held 30 days after receipt of the request for a special meeting.Tex. Bus. Org. Code § 251.251
