Section 152.901 - General(a) A foreign limited liability partnership is subject to Section 2.101 with respect to its activities in this state to the same extent as a domestic limited liability partnership.(b) A foreign limited liability partnership may not be denied registration because of a difference between the laws of the jurisdiction under which the partnership is formed and the laws of this state.Tex.
