Section 9.006 - Supplemental Information Required in Application for Registration of Foreign Nonprofit Corporation In addition to the information required by Section 9.004, a foreign nonprofit corporation's application for registration must state:
(1) the names and addresses of the nonprofit corporation's directors and officers;(2) whether or not the nonprofit corporation has members; and(3) any additional information as necessary or appropriate to enable the secretary of state to determine whether the nonprofit corporation is entitled to register to conduct affairs in this state.Tex.
