Section 2.115 - Choice of Forum Provisions(a) In this section, "internal entity claim" means a claim of any nature, including a derivative claim in the right of an entity, that is based on, arises from, or relates to the internal affairs of the entity, as defined by Section 1.105.(b) The governing documents of a domestic entity may require, consistent with applicable state and federal jurisdictional requirements, that any internal entity claims shall be brought only in a court in this state.Tex.
