Section 12.153 - Authority to Examine Management of Entity

The attorney general may investigate the organization, conduct, and management of a filing entity or foreign filing entity and determine if the entity has been or is engaged in acts or conduct in violation of:

(1) its governing documents; or

(2) any law of this state.
