Section 71.104 - Execution of Certificate(a) A certificate filed in the secretary of state's office must be executed by an officer, general partner, member, manager, or representative of or attorney-in-fact for the registrant.(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 900 (H.B. 3609), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2019.(c) A certificate executed by an attorney-in-fact must include a statement that the attorney has been authorized in writing by the attorney's principal to execute the certificate.Tex.
