Section 681.172 - Port of Port Arthur Navigation District

The Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County may apply for and accept a grant of authority to establish, operate, and maintain:

(1) a foreign trade zone in Jefferson County; and

(2) other subzones.
