Section 304.259 - Venue(a) Venue for an action based on a violation of Subchapter B or C is in: (1) the county in which the telemarketing call was made or received; or(2) Travis County, if the action is brought by the commission, the attorney general, or a state agency.(b) Venue for an action under Subchapter D is in Travis County.
