Section 304.202 - Report By Attorney General(a) Before December 31 of each even-numbered year, the attorney general shall submit a report to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives.(b) The report must contain for the two-year period ending August 31 of the year of the report:(1) a list of complaints the attorney general received concerning activities regulated by this chapter, itemized by type;(2) a summary of any enforcement efforts made by the attorney general; and(3) the attorney general's recommendations for any changes to this chapter.Tex.
