Section 302.252 - Acting As Salesperson for Unregistered Seller(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly acts as a salesperson on behalf of a seller who violates the registration requirements of this chapter. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
