Section 163.001 - Definitions(a) In this chapter:(1) "Caretaker" has the meaning assigned by Section 161.002 of this code.(2) "Commission" means the Texas Animal Health Commission.(b) References to cattle in this chapter shall be construed to include all or part of the carcasses of cattle.
