Section 161.034 - Public Meetings(a) The commission is subject to the open meetings law, Chapter 551, Government Code.(b) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the commission.(c) Each meeting of the commission must be held in a location that provides adequate access to members of the public.(d) The commission shall post audio archives of its meetings on the commission's Internet website.Tex.
