Section 161.006 - Documents to Accompany Shipment(a) If this chapter requires that a certificate or permit accompany animals or commodities moved in this state, the document must be:(1) in the possession of the conductor of a train and attached to the waybill of the shipment, if the movement is by rail; or(2) in the possession of the person in charge of the animals or commodities, if the movement is made by any other means.(b) This section does not apply to a certificate provided for by Section 161.088 of this code.Tex.
