Section 148.069 - Purchase of Slaughtered Cattle Without Hide or Ears(a) A person commits an offense if the person purchases slaughtered cattle in violation of Section 148.045 of this code.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.
