Section 143.053 - Election(a) Except as provided by this section, the election shall be conducted, the returns made, and the results declared in accordance with Section 143.023 of this code and the laws regulating general elections.(b) The ballots for the election shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition, "The limited period of free range for hogs."Tex.
