Section 101.008 - Term and Renewal of License(a) A license expires one year from the date of issuance.(b) A license may be renewed by completion of a renewal application form and the payment of the license fee provided for issuance of the original license.(c) To renew a license after the license has expired, the applicant must pay a late fee, as provided by Section 12.024 of this code.Tex.
