Section 91.122 - Grade No 1
Grade No. 1 potatoes:
(1) are sound;(2) are practically free from dirt or foreign matter, frost injury, sunburn, second growth, cuts, mechanical damage, or damage from disease or insects;(3) are a minimum of 1-3/4 inches in diameter; and(4) have similar varietal characteristics.
