Section 76.107 - Licensing By More Than One Agency(a) A person who wants to be licensed as a pesticide applicator under license use categories regulated by more than one regulatory agency may do so by paying a single license fee to the agency regulating the person's primary business and meeting licensing requirements for each category for which the person desires licensing.(b) A person licensed under this section must pay testing fees required by each regulatory agency.Tex.
