Section 52.105 - Referendum(a) On demand of one-third of the board of directors, the board shall refer to the entire membership of a marketing association for decision at the next special or regular meeting any matter that has been approved or passed by the board.(b) The association may call a special meeting to consider the referred matter.Tex.
