Section 52.083 - Meetings(a) As prescribed by its bylaws, a marketing association annually shall hold one or more regular meetings of its members.(b) The board of directors may call a special meeting of the association at any time.(c) If, at any time, 10 percent or more of the members file with the board of directors a petition demanding a special meeting of the association and stating the specific business to be considered at the meeting, the board shall call the meeting.Tex.
