Section 14.077 - Penalty for Depositing Grain Without Title(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) deposits grain without having title to the grain or deposits grain on which there is a lien or mortgage;(2) receives for the grain a negotiable receipt; and(3) negotiates the receipt for value with intent to deceive and without disclosing the person's lack of title or the existence of a lien or mortgage on the grain.(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.Tex.
