Section 14.075 - Penalty for Fraudulently Issuing A Scale Weight Ticket or Receipt(a) A person commits an offense if the person fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt or scale weight ticket knowing that it contains a false statement.(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.Tex.
