Section 8-19-307 - Provisions applicable to fiduciaries

Sections §§ 8-19-302 - 8-19-304 and 8-19-306 apply to the bonds of executors, administrators, guardians, special commissioners, receivers, successor custodians, and others required by law or in the course of judicial proceedings to execute bonds.
