Section 71-5-181 - Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act - Short title(a) The title of this section and §§ 71-5-182 - 71-5-185 is and may be cited as the "Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act."(b) "Medicaid program" as used in §§ 71-5-182 - 71-5-185 includes the TennCare program and any successor program to the medicaid program.
