Section 70-4-126 - Use of electronic or battery operated device to lure or kill a fox prohibited - Penalty(a) No person shall use any electronic or battery operated device for the purpose of luring, killing, or attempting to lure or kill a fox.(b) A person who violates this section commits a Class C misdemeanor.(c) Such prohibition does not apply to rabies control activities of the appropriate public health officials.Acts 1978, ch. 792, § 1; 1982, ch. 738, § 5; T.C.A., § 51-447; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
