Section 7-51-1801 - Short title - Part definitions(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act."(b) As used in the part, the term:(1) "County" includes any county having a metropolitan form of government; and(2) "Local government" means a municipality or county.
