Section 68-112-106 - Fee - Separate license for each day of assembly(a) An application for a license to hold an actual or anticipated assembly shall be accompanied by a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100), and, if the license is granted, the fee is paid to the state treasury and becomes a part of the general funds of the state.(b) A separate license shall be required for each calendar day and each location in which five thousand (5,000) or more persons assemble or can reasonably be anticipated to assemble.Acts 1974, ch. 454, § 6; T.C.A., §§ 53-5706, 68-42-106.
