Section 68-24-603 - Renewal - Fees - Rules and regulations(a) A license shall be renewable biennially on the birth date of the licensee.(b) The board, by rule, shall establish reasonable and necessary fees so that the fees, in the aggregate produce sufficient revenue to cover the cost of administering this part.(c) The board shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to implement this part.
