Section 68-14-504 - Permit required - Expiration - Transfer - Posting(a) No person shall operate an establishment who does not hold a valid permit issued to the person by the commissioner on or before July 1 of each year. Every person, now engaged in the business of operating an establishment, and every person, who shall thereafter engage in such a business, shall procure a permit from the commissioner for each establishment so operated or proposed to be operated.(b) Each permit for bed and breakfast establishments shall expire on June 30 next following its issuance.(c) No permit shall be transferred from one (1) location or individual to another.(d) Permits shall be posted in a conspicuous manner.
