Section 63-6-1103 - In-person requirement(a) An abortion-inducing drug may be provided only by a qualified physician following the procedures set forth in this part.(b) A manufacturer, supplier, pharmacy, physician, qualified physician, or other person shall not provide an abortion-inducing drug to a patient via courier, delivery, or mail service.Added by 2022 Tenn.
