(a) The board, in consultation with the committee, shall set fees relative to the application, certification and renewal thereof in amounts sufficient to pay all of the expenses of certification and of the committee directly attributable to the performance of its duties under this part.(b) All deposits and disbursements shall be handled in accordance with § 63-1-137.Acts 2000, ch. 685, § 11.
