Section 62-6-504 - Licensing fees(a) No license may be issued or become effective until the applicant pays all required fees as set by the board for licensing contractors. The biennial license fee shall not exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250).(b) The fee for issuing a duplicate license for one lost, destroyed or mutilated shall be set by the board.(c) The fee for copies of documents on file in the commissioner's office is two dollars ($2.00) per page.
