Section 55-17-418 - Additional license not required for sale of recreational vehicles to, at, or through automobile auction or public automobile auction(a) Whenever a license issued under part 1 of this chapter is required to engage in business as, or to act as a buyer or seller at, an automobile auction or public automobile auction, an additional license issued under this part shall not also be required for the sale of recreational vehicles to, at, or through an automobile auction or public automobile auction.(b) Whenever a license issued under part 1 of this chapter is required to engage in business as, or to act as a buyer or seller at, an automotive dismantler or recycler, an additional license issued under this part shall not also be required for the sale of recreational vehicles to, at, or through an automotive dismantler or recycler.Added by 2016 Tenn.
